Aaron Nauss studied at Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and graduated from NSCC with an achievement award and honors in Graphic Design and Communications. He has won awards for his work as a graphic designer and editorial cartoonist and his illustrations for the Teenage Survival Handbook have been published throughout Canada and the USA.
Aaron started drawing at a very young age and has never stopped. He has spent the last twelve years working as a professional graphic designer specializing in the print design for advertising and marketing materials as well as brand development and management. Aaron has been a freelance graphic designer since 2004 and has worked for clients throughout North America from his home studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Aaron enjoys illustrating and developing a series of original fantasy creatures intended for future release. His illustration style is achieved by using careful pen and ink drawings in conjunction with digital paint and photo-manipulation techniques.
